Just an update.....my CT scan is scheduled for Monday afternoon at MSK 53 Street and I will start the clinical trial on Tuesday. Woot!
Also, I forgot to tell you how thoughtful Karen was yesterday when she arrived at MSK to meet Jack and I. She carried a cup of Ginger Snap Starbucks all the way up from Grand Central Station....not a short walk. I don't know which was better - her kindness or my delicious coffee! These are the small acts of kindness which make life worth fighting for no matter what it takes.
